" Remember that to pray in God's temple
is to pray in communion with the Church,

in the unity of the body of Christ.
But Christ's body is made up of all believers;
hence those who pray in the temple are heard,
since those who pray in communion with the Church pray in spirit and in truth."

St Augustine, Sermone 336.
